Chase Finlay
Chase Finlay helps high-performing men break through burnout, addiction, and identity collapse — and rebuild from the inside out.
He spent eleven years as a principal dancer at New York City Ballet, where he learned firsthand what it costs to perform at the highest level for years on end. He also lived through addiction, burnout, and the kind of identity collapse that happens when the thing you've built your whole life around stops working. He didn't study his way out of it. He lived his way out.

That experience — combined with clinical licensure and training across CBT, ACT, somatic experiencing, IFS, and trauma-focused modalities — is what he brings to his coaching practice. He's worked with hundreds of men through residential treatment, and now works privately with high performers who are still showing up, still delivering, and running on fumes.

His approach isn't about adding more structure or better habits on top of a foundation that's already cracking. It's about getting underneath the performance — the drive, the identity, the coping that used to work and doesn't anymore — and doing the harder work of rebuilding from there. If you've tried everything else and you're still stuck, this is where you start.
"I didn't study my way out of it. I lived my way out."
