Fitness from inside out is what JAH is all about. JAH's love for health and fitness is to live health and fitness daily. With a family legacy in sports and over 30 years of experience as a fitness expert, his unique approach is outlined in the concept of Roots to Results.
That is, to see growth and progress one must start with the basics of proper nutrition, proper amount of rest and muscle recovery, the right frame of mind and spirit, be willing to follow instruction, and build technique. Discipline sums it all up in one word. He is the founder of The Freedom Kit, which offers various techniques such as tissue manipulation, trigger point, fascia release, and elongation of muscle, returning the muscle to its full range of motion.

To ensure his clients are taking the proper steps toward total fitness JAH assesses his clients before beginning a workout regimen. Everyone initially goes through a functional movement screen to identify faulty movements. This allows individuals to target problem areas and implement strategies to eradicate pain and return muscle to its full functional state.

This philosophy doesn’t only come from JAH passion for pain free movement and wellness; it also comes from his ability to recover from five major injuries due to sports with no limitations in function. JAH has learned that you can’t stretch a tight muscle and the adverse effect of doing so is why so many suffer pain and injuries. JAH became a believer of healing through proper tissue manipulation and elongation of muscle so that it can be at its optimal range of motion. His healthy approach has helped all of his clients rid the need of medications for maintainable health complications such as pain and inflammation, and very risky surgeries.
