Kathryn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holistic coach. With over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups, she specializes in Attachment Trauma, Somatic Integration, and Spiritual Development.
She earned her Master of Science in Social Work with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. Kathryn is passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and move toward their highest expression—believing that meaningful change begins with the courage to try something new.
