Executive Leadership Councils (ELCs) are vital in raising funds, fostering new relationships, and advancing Autism Speaks’ mission objectives. These councils comprise high-caliber leadership volunteers who partner with staff to propel the mission forward.

Council members are influential leaders with diverse skill sets, experiences, and perspectives, deeply committed to the mission of Autism Speaks and the autism community. Autism Speaks ELC members reflect the professional, geographic, and ethnic diversity of their markets. This diversity forms a strong foundation, allowing the ELC to provide strategic counsel and support, ensuring the broad reach and success of Autism Speaks' mission and fundraising efforts.

We are thrilled to announce that Leo Berkman has joined our team as our new Senior Technical Director!

Leo brings a wealth of experience in strategic partnerships and business development within the sustainability and electric vehicle (EV) charging sectors.

Most recently, as a Business Development Specialist at Tesla, Leo led efforts to scale EV charging deployment by securing strategic partnerships with major restaurant, real estate, and retail partners. He successfully managed a pipeline of over 250 new Supercharger site deployments across North America, helping to bring crucial charging infrastructure from concept to reality.

Prior to his role at Tesla, Leo was a Climate base Fellow in their Business & Operations Track, contributing to a diverse array of sustainability-focused projects. His passion for environmental impact was also evident during his time as the Director of Business Development and Carbon Markets at The Farmlink Project, where he helped launch a carbon offset program and crafted a scalable sales pipeline for the organization.

Additionally, Leo’s background includes roles in business development and workplace sustainability, including a pivotal position at Sofar Ocean, where he collaborated with product and engineering teams to drive revenue and strategic growth in sustainable ocean technologies.

Leo’s extensive experience and innovative approach to business development and technical leadership will be invaluable as Facility Innovations Group continues to expand its reach and impact in the EV charging industry. His commitment to sustainability and efficiency aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and partners.

We are excited to welcome Jeremy Trinchere to Facility Innovations Group as our new Senior Project Development Manager.

Jeremy will leverage his talent for understanding and addressing the needs of commercial and industrial clients to develop comprehensive roadmaps for energy savings and sustainability.

His background includes years of experience in sales, marketing, and logistics. Most recently, as Co-Founder and Director of Sales at LeadFlow Academy, he refined his approach to building meaningful partnerships through the use of AI, automation, and social media. Previously, Jeremy executed multimillion-dollar campaigns at Mastermind.com with industry giants Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi and contributed to customer success at Snap36 and Echo Global Logistics.

Jeremy’s deep understanding of client needs will be pivotal as we implement our Total Energy Management System (TEMS) and enhance our capacity to deliver strategic energy programs that support our customers’ sustainability goals.

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Jeremie Branton MBA, PMP, TECL, as Senior Project Manager.

Jeremie has over 17 years of experience in commercial and utility-scale solar PV projects. He founded and owned Louisiana's first state-licensed solar EPC contractor, Freedom Power, LLC, which was the #115-ranked solar power contractor in the U.S. by Solar Power World (2013), with more than 1,200 complete projects across four states.

At M.A. Mortenson, Jeremie supervised the electrical installation of solar farms up to 180 Megawatts capacity in South Carolina, with warranty and punch list work for seven 350 Megawatt solar farms in Utah. He also designed an innovative dc collection wire harness and managed the startup of a facility to manufacture it, saving Mortenson over $5 million per year. His extensive knowledge of workflow efficiency practices includes the development of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and critical task training videos for large-scale solar PV projects.

Jessica has over 20 years of experience in comprehensive energy engineering, most recently as a senior engineer at Eaton Corporation and Bolder Energy (formerly Upkeep Energy). Jessica’s accomplishments are extensive and diverse, demonstrating a wide range of expertise that includes modeling, commissioning, retro-commissioning, short-term monitoring and trending, renewable energy analysis, daylighting, measurement and verification, LEEDTM, green building practices, greenhouse gas emission reductions and economic analysis.
